Terms of Service
Last updated: August 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of Unbrand, a platform that helps marketing agencies generate performance reports for their clients from Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads, and Shopify data. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an agency account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.
2. Plans and billing
- Unbrand offers Free, Pro, and Agency plans with different client, report, and sync limits, shown on the pricing page and inside your account's Subscription settings.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Razorpay. Prices shown at checkout are final for that billing cycle.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period; your plan remains active until then.
- Optional add-ons, such as premium report templates, are one-time purchases separate from your subscription and are not refundable once the template is unlocked.
3. Connecting ad accounts and uploading data
When you connect a Meta, Google, or LinkedIn Ads account, or a Shopify store, you're granting Unbrand read access to that account's performance data solely to generate reports on your behalf. You confirm you have the right to connect any account or upload any data you provide through the platform — including on behalf of your clients. You can disconnect any integration at any time.
4. Ownership of your data
You and your clients retain ownership of all ad performance data, uploaded files, and generated reports. We don't claim any rights to your data beyond what's needed to operate the service and generate the reports you request. Reports you generate are white-labeled with your agency's branding and are yours to share with your clients as you see fit.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Unbrand to access ad accounts or data you don't have authorization to access.
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or account restrictions.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the underlying platform itself (as opposed to the reports it generates, which are meant to be shared).
- Use the service in a way that violates Meta's, Google's, LinkedIn's, or Shopify's own platform terms — since our access to your ad accounts depends on staying compliant with theirs.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep Unbrand available and syncing on schedule, but ad platform APIs, payment processors, and other third-party services we rely on can experience their own outages outside our control. We'll do our best to communicate any extended disruption.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse connected ad platform access, or don't pay for an active paid plan. On termination, your access to the dashboard ends; you can request an export of your report history before deletion.
8. Limitation of liability
Unbrand is provided "as is." Report figures are only as accurate as the data pulled from connected ad accounts or the files you upload — always a good idea to spot-check a report against the source platform before sharing it with a client. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify active accounts by email where appropriate.
