Unbrand ("Unbrand", "we", "us") provides a platform for marketing agencies to generate performance reports for their clients from Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads, and Shopify data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled.

In short: we only access the ad account and store data you explicitly connect or upload, we use it solely to generate the reports you request, and we never sell your data or your clients' data to third parties.

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers two groups: agencies who create an Unbrand account, and the end clients whose ad performance data agencies upload or connect for reporting purposes. If you're an end client and have questions about how your agency is using Unbrand, your agency is the right first point of contact — they control what's connected and who has access.

2. Information we collect

CategoryWhat it includes
Account informationName, email, agency name, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), and billing details processed via Razorpay.
Ad platform dataWhen you connect Meta, Google, or LinkedIn Ads, or Shopify, we access campaign performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue) via each platform's official API, using read-only permissions where available. We do not access or modify your live ad campaigns.
Uploaded filesCSV/Excel exports you upload manually, and any client logos you provide for report branding.
Usage dataLogin activity, report generation history, and basic diagnostic logs used to keep the service reliable.

3. How we use this data

4. Where data is stored

Account and performance data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. Uploaded logos and generated PDF reports are stored via Cloudinary. Both providers maintain their own security and access controls; we do not host raw ad account credentials in plain text — OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest.

5. Third-party services we use

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain report data and connected account data for as long as your account is active, so historical reports remain available. You can disconnect a platform integration at any time from the Integrations page, which revokes our stored access token immediately. To request full deletion of your agency account and associated data, email us at the address below.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about your agency, correct inaccurate account details from your Settings page, or request deletion at any time. Where applicable local law grants additional rights (such as data portability), contact us and we'll assist.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active accounts by email.
